Friend has a storage unit there with valuables inside. She was robbed they cut off 2 locks and stole her things. There security cameras are not worth having. Can't see what is needed to see on who it was. They need a camera that gets a face picture of who's punching in the code to get in first of all. I wouldn't keep anything if value there for sure
The units are all fine and good but it is annoying when you get locked out of your storage due to a clerical error .
I would rack then great they take of that place
They put locks on my unit and I was unable to get into my unit. No one told me that I had to have a lock so they just decided to put one no two locks on my unit and I was unable to put my stuff in them. By far the worse most expensive storage place ever.
Requiring customers wear mask is not something I will patronize. Took my business elsewhere
