The place is very clean. There are security cameras everywhere. Each unit has its own security alarm and the facility is just blocks away from the police station. Extra friendly and profesional staff.

Alarm to units constantly going off. Too expensive, comparably.nEdit: I Do rent a few units here. Nice couple who runs the place - but sometimes can be rude. They Have met me and I Have spoken to them!

With this being my first time to rent a storage unit this place is so disappointing. I do not recommend. We were only there for two weeks and started to notice roaches in the unit. I brought it to their attention and they gave us spray and it only worked for maybe a week. Well we had to buy bug bombs and traps to hopefully get them out. I requested to move to another unit, only to be let down with them saying”we don’t want you to move bugs to another unit.” I told them that I will be moving to a different storage facility. They didn’t seem to care about the issue and didn’t seem to believe there was an issue. These roaches came from this storage facility! NOT MY HOME. I would have known. There is an infestation. On top of that I had visited my unit one day and I had talked to another renter and I asked them if they had any problems. They said they had spotted some in their unit as well. So if you want roaches in your stuff then use this place! Disappointed in these people as I thought they were very nice. I was wrong. Take better care of your units and customers.

This is the second time I have used their storage. They are so nice. The storage units are clean. I feel safe in having my things stored here. Definitely worth coming here.
