This place is amazing and so is the owner! He kept our son busy why we set up really quick. Super friendly! Just what we needed after a 12 hour windy day. Located right off 40, 20 dollars a night, level spots.

If you're looking for a overnight stop while traveling, nothing fancy, great price, full hookups! Ken is a very nice guy. My 2nd time here and I'll be back.

Dirty, overgrown. Littlered with old tires rims, jacks and car parts. Grass is so tall, unable to make out the spots. Highly recommend you keep on driving. No bathrooms or showers.

The rv park is not a good place to live at the RV park looks like a junk yard and Wi-Fi is poor there the owners are rude to the residents I would not recommend anyone to rent from them at all.

Big rig friendly. Overnight, weekly, long term rates are very reasonable. Easy access to and from I-40 interstate and to downtown Sayre.
