Been here twice on my way through the state. Haven't had bad service and the food isn't terrible. Just steer clear of the cinnamon twists. I don't know what kind of water the noodles get boiled in but they taste like chlorine.
Stopped by around 11am on 3/3/2021, and was so impressed with the friendliness and outstanding customer service of the two employees. The orders were prepared perfectly and the food was fresh and delicious.
Horrible service. Employees were too concerned with leaving in 5 hours than helping customers. When I got to the counter I asked to substitute a couple items from my order, one of being cinnamon twists to nachos and cheese (which I get all the time for the last 2 years) was told it was not possible to substitute even though I’m allergic to cinnamon. Employees also wouldn’t allow me to order certain items since they ran out and didn’t want to cook more. I ended up going to the kiosk over and got subway, had a way better experience at subway than this Taco Bell.
Didnt leave me jumping with joy but it was pretty good.
