Misty Hollow

Appreciate Darby for helping us so much in the closing of our new home. Such a nice home in such a nice community and Darby is seriously super helpful when it came to all of this. Cant wait till my baby comes home to such a nice home!!! Such beautiful flooring and comfort. If you want to buy or rent ask for Darby seriously. She gets things done and is so sweet and caring.

Some residents are super friendly and outgoing to help their neighbors. Some are very judgmental. Management pick favorites and once they decide they want you gone, regardless if you own home, they will over charge you for anything you won't fight them over. It's a trailer park in a lower income area of town. Avoid living there if possible. There is one swimming pool in the area off Douglas that both locations can use. The location off NE 10th West of Douglas does not have a pool but does have a very small play area for little kids.

Great place to live.

This is the worst place ive ever been to. They never return your phone calls or answer the phone. They ignore your needs and if you need help they wont try to work with you. Plus they tell you your rent is 600 and when you get your bill its well over 800 dollars. They are the worst at communicating with their residents.

I was a resident here for four years. Almost every issue was resolved swiftly. No major complaint about them. Then after moving out. They refuse to do a final walk-through and instead of sending me a final bill they sent me to collections. Steer clear of Misty hollow and Glenn view. Separate parks, but same management.
