They treated my dad well, he's still in there and says the food isn't bad at all. The Military Security Guard I was greeted with was extremely Nice, he was located where the hospitals parking garage is where you enter the hospital if you go through garage. This security guard went a little out of his way to help me, all in all it was a good experience given the circumstances. Thank You OU.

Horrible experience at the trauma center. Had a relative in patient for a week and could not get any support from pastoral care team after many calls for help. Staff did not communicate well with patient or family.
