You pay when you enter, not exit. We were not told that we needed to keep our ticket to exit, because why would we since we already paid.l? Anyway, when we opened the car door the wind blew and our ticket went flying. I wasn’t able to grab it but I didn’t think much of it , assuming I did not need it. When I was leaving, they wouldn’t let me leave until I payed a $20 loss ticket fee!

Paid every single day all week for parking. (Very pricey) On our last day leaving the garage we couldn’t quickly find our parking ticket and they charged us an additional $20.00 before allowing us to leave. Called the number for the garage to try to get a refund since we paid in full all week and they won’t even bother to pick up the phone.

No overnight electric car charging for hotel guests, which was bad in 2015, and now crazy given it's 2020. My single office building in KC has more public chargers than the entire city of OKC. Bricktown parking of all places should be a little more modern and accommodating of hotel guests.

Very nice and clean, location was excellent. Pricing was a little wacky, $10 for first 24 hours then $10 for the next 3 hours then $5 the next 24 hours, crazy ?!!??(!;;
