Del City Housing Authority

In the 15 years that I lived there there was not a day that I didn't wish that I lived somewhere else. Del city housing authority is not meant for people who have any idea of privacy. The worst place in Oklahoma to live. Don't be a victim of this project. Given time, any tenant who lives there will hate it and regret it. A tweaker safe haven....... It has been a year since I was at the project. I am very thankful that God gave me an escape from the hell there at Del City Housing. I truly feel for the people who are trapped at this project and can't get away. Hell on earth! You are not living there, you are surviving.

Del City housing authority is a bad place to live she will lie to you and say that you talk to her in the office and she is money hungry she make you pay more rent than what you can pay don't trust the office people or anybody in the office.

I recently found out since Cindy ward fired several tentants, and the maintenance. That place has gotten worse and she avicted me for my husband's actions. Plus she said that ort has no funds to pay tentants for their jobs after she hired them . But yet she going around people's apartments to see is the need new flooring. So if she should do what she suppose to . Why in the hell she's a manager. I'm think someone needs to be fired for doing people wrong at overal Ray towers. Plus all the drug dealers are still living in that hell hole. Cindy ward also treating some tentants like angels and the rest like dirt. I think it's unfair.

My toilet has been stopped up for 4 days, my heating thermostat does not work, my verbal and written communication has gone noticed and I am too weak to keep plunging the toliet.. This place has too many busy bodies and a very UN recognized staff that does not care about the tenants.. I am misable in my own house...this place sucks. I'm trying to transfer..to be cont...
