Came in today and enjoyed this place from the moment we walked in. Bret is so friendly and makes you feel welcome. Vanessa and Eduardo are very helpful and informative. They never seemed frustrated with all the questions we had. We will definitely be back.

Very poor customer service. Very rude when talking to customers. Low ball everything they do. Very bad attitude. And ive been using them for a while. Nothing ever changes. Would rate lower but it wont let me. Taking my business elsewhere.

There are very nice and well respected people who work there and they will work with if you call or go by and talk to them so you don't lose your property have shopped and pawned and sold things there for 30yrs.

The owner offered me twenty bucks for a pair of fully beaded mens size moccasins. Some guy walks in with a 14k diamond ring and the owner offers him twenty bucks. Difference between me and the ring guy, is he took that low ball offer. I took my moccasins to a few other places and ended up getting eighty dollars. Couldn't fit them anyways but why get robbed? My friend sold the owner a hand drum there for thirty bucks. The owner has it listed for $160.00. There should be a law against such robbery!
