I was searching for insurance and I did a little research online and got a good quote from this location but I wasn't for sure because I was confused about if I need a commercial insurance or not so I went in there without an appointment and the staff was very helpful explain everything to me and everything worked out perfect I would recommend them to you and looking for insurance they're very honest and helpful

I’ve had Allstate for years and I’ve had problems from time to time. But I just heard allstate canceled my coverage because it was late. I received no notice of this.with the COVID issue I’m doing everything I can to pay bills. I lost my wallet canceled my cards Allstate was rejected on payment. I was late but we called they accepted the payment over the phone. Then I was told they were returning my payment and had canceled my insurance. I’ve had insurance with Allstate since 2008.this is what I get for for putting my assets in Allstate’s hands.nSo I asked what it would cost for a new policy to be wrote. I was told 350 today 250 a month when I was paying 140 sounds like price gouging to me. I have requested for Monte to call me directly and still I’ve heard nothing from him.

4 stars because of issue near the end, however they really deserve a good rating because of the incredible customer service. It's not one of the fancy locations by any means but the people I have spoken to at this location have been the nicest allstate employees I have ever spoken to even the corporate employees don't compare to the kindness and understanding I have seen from this particular location

Very professional. But likes to sell your information to other people period fixing to switch my house insurance and car insurance.yes the house insurance is not under my name, and that's the way you guys keep putting in and that's why I'm getting rid of you.
