Dons always does a great job to keep my lawn free of grubs and weeds. My lawn is always the thickest and greenest on the street and free of weeds. Charlie does a great job spraying and fertilizing evenly. I’ve actually had people stop and ask me what I’m doing to my lawn that it looks so nice.
Have used them for the past two years. Service has gone down. I sent this i photo to them . No response.
I hired them to do a job and they never showed up! I have been trying to call them to get an answer if they will spray and they wont call back. So here it is 2 weeks later and I'm still needing the grass sprayed! Dont tell someone you're going to do a job and then not do it! How hard is it to pull up and spray grass? Its not! I would have respect for them if they would have been upfront and said they didnt want to spray. Its disappointing to have such a horrible experience with the company!
1. Specifically ask to call ahead prior to coming/spraying because I have a chicken in my backyard and the backdoor is lock. No communication (Charlie did not call what time his coming) I only know he was in my yard because I have a notification on my ring, he would have not sprayed my backyard if I didn't caught him on time. Not satisfied with Mr. Charlie. Mr. Tim has always been the guy who service my yard and I'm impressed with his work, very knowledgeable.n2. Sometimes when you called their office, you get a feeling you're just a number and doesn't pay attention on your complaint (since they have a lot of customers).
