This is a great gym. It accommodates all fitness levels. The front counter employees greet you when you walk in and always tell you to have a good day when you leave. The two personal trainers I have used John and Cole, who are competitors in the bodybuilding arena, are very knowledgeable and have given me the spark I needed to like working out again. They are always encouraging me as well as pushing me to get to the next level of fitness. The Operational Manager Ben runs a tight ship and keeps the place clean, organized, as well as keeping the equipment in working conditions. I recommend everyone to come in and try it out.

I have been going to this location for a month today and I just wanted to say how amazing your evening staff is (Daniel, Ben and John). They have been very friendly and are always nice and paying attention to the guest. They remember you when you come in (went to another location for years but everyone was on cell phones and didn't pay attention to guest) which is very nice and refreshing!!! I feel very comfortable at this location and feel like the environment they help create motivates me to return. They keep everything clean and the layout of this gym is very nice and doesn't feel crowded

I drive 25 minutes 5 days a week to come to this gym, despite the fact that there are several much closer options.nSince Ben started as a manger, you really feel a community spirit. The employees always seems happy and welcome me and my kiddos with big smiles. I also appreciate how clean the kids fun zone is and how diligent the girls there are about the safety of everyone (special thanks to Amanda!).nIt’s absolutely worth the commute.

I absolutely love this gym. It has always been clean and well maintained, but since the pandemic hit you see the staff constantly cleaning and implementing the social distance guidelines. Ben and Danial are always so welcoming, greeting me by name and encouraging me to keep up the hard work. I highly recommend this place to both the beginner and the experienced gym goer. I have been coming to this location for almost 3 years and will continue for many years to come.

Great clean Facility with everything needed for an all round fitness program.nnAn earlier Monday opening time, at least an hour earlier, would seem to work better for a lot of us. There are always several people waiting at 0500. this morning several of us left a little after 0500, when it became apparent the gym was not going to open, until some later time. This is a 5 star facility in all pother aspects.
