Had an “appointment” for a flu shot, arrived early and had to wait in line 10 minutes with only one person ahead of me just to check-in. The tech was loud and rude. They need at least 2 people helping customers to help things go smoother. The tech printed some paperwork for me set a clipboard and pen and walked off. I took the pen and clipboard and moved to the side and she yelled “Hold On sir, we’re not done yet!!” as she was over by the drive-thru window. Another woman was behind me to pick up a prescription asked politely to make sure the prescriptions in the bag were the right ones. The tech yelled back “You don’t have to yell at me!!“ The woman was shocked and said I didn’t yell at you. I just wanted to make sure I spoke clearly. The tech kept going on and Said “You raised your voice at me!! The woman said I’m sorry but that was not my intention. The tech has a terrible voice for customer service, she is condescending when she asks for insurance. This woman has no business working with people. I’ve now been here 30 minutes and still haven’t got a shot.

I took my daughter to get tested for covid today and the lady at the pharmacy window told me they couldn’t do the test because my daughters birthday was entered incorrectly.. ok that sucks but if i messed up then my bad. I asked to see with my own eyes the birthday they had on the paper she was looking at and she refused. When i got home i checked what I entered when i made the appointment and the mistake was not mine!! I really think she just didn’t want to do the test!! She had told me she has to send another testee away too just before we arrived. Is it that hard to find good help these days Walgreens? Do better!
