I loved Dr Dawson! He is so compassionate, caring and wants you to feel better! The world would be a better place if there were more doctors like him! He goes above and beyond to get you back up in your feet! Highly recommend!!! Great staff as well!!!

Dr. Dawson is a fantastic physician. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, and understanding. He treats every person with respect, and you’re never treated as a “drug seeker” either. He is very kind, and all these qualities put together are just SO hard - and rare - to find these days. I absolutely recommend. Also, his office manager Barbara is very very kind, she’s very sweet, and she goes to great lengths to help her patients. The level of care - true care - they exude in their efforts with their patients is always obvious. Like I said I highly recommend, they’re very caring and nice.

If your looking for the absolute best doctor to help you manage chronic pain then this your guy. He will always take the time to listen to your concerns and treat you with respect. The entire staff will treat you like family as well. Hands down the best doctor I have ever had ud83dudc4d.

Wonderful doctor. The office is easy to find & very clean. The staff is helpful, very kind & when I have to bring my crazy 2 year old with me to my appointments they are always so nice to her & never make me feel bad when she acts a little wild. Love this clinic & I’m very happy Dr. Dawson is my doctor!

Dr. Dawson is wonderful at listening to me and takes my opinion on my health and medical care very seriously. I always feel validated and heard. He is never too busy to take the time to try and figure out the best treatment personalized for my needs. The girls that work in his office are equally amazing, they help any way that they can and I greatly appreciate them. I highly recommend doctor Dawson and his staff for all your pain management needs.
