I'm a new patient with Dr. Ditto. I had read reviews and was impressed that people talked so highly of him. I wanted to see how it would go since I needed a new doctor. I can't begin to tell everyone how impressed I am with Dr. Ditto and his staff! I was called before the appointment, I was taken back right after I got in to the office (both times) and my wait times have not been very long. Dr. Ditto and his staff are serious about protecting our health against COVID 19 by not having a waiting room full of people! They have streamlined the process and it is working! Besides all that, Dr. Ditto and his nurse Kim have taken the time to go through my health history, take the necessary blood work and adjust my medications to help me feel better. I'm very happy having a Dr that will speak truth to me and help me in my health journey.

Dr. De Gaston was the most personal doctor I have ever met. He immediately walked in with a smile on his face, had eye contact with me and you could tell he genuinely loved his job. He asked me what my kids names were and remembered them by the end of my appt time. He did not rush and listened to everything I had to say. Fantastic provider!!! Him and his nurse Krystal are a Great team!!! My kids also saw Dr. Dean and she was very thorough with her exam and gave great information for take home research. Her nurse Emily was super nice as well, they also are a great team!!! So so happy I found this group for my family to go to. Being a military family, dealing with horrible bedside military doctors and moving every 3 years it is so nice to find a great group of professionals. Front desk was amazing as well. Thank you all again!!!!

Thorough and very professional. All the assistants were friendly and attentive. Dr Ditto is not only strong in competency but has a heart that genuinely cares for those he serves. The facilities are spotless, new, bright, and comfortable.

This is my preferred doctors office and hospital, however, they can still be improved. Usually, I find the staff very polite and positive. I have had negative experiences, where the staff have been dismissive, though. I did have one experience where I was lied to. I did report it to another staff member who said they'd report it. My PCP is normally very dedicated, but I noticed he has been dismissive lately as well, although I attribute that to his personal life at the moment. Overall, I would recommend Integris to others, but I still feel they have room for improvement.

Love my doctor....Dr. Steven Ditto....because he sincerely cares about the health issues of every one of his patients. Dr. Ditto is a listener & appreciates that you give him the same courtesy of taking his medical advice & concerns with following through with his medical suggestions to help you toward a solution for your illness. Dr. Ditto is a caring Godly man who provides me with peace of mind that I am receiving the best medical advice.nLove his staff as well!!!nPrompt & caring.
