I received a bogus ticket for leaving the scene of a private parking lot fender bender. I did stop and I did attempt to exchange information. The man who backed into the side of my pickup became aggressive toward me and wouldn't give me his information. I have PTSD and I had a panic attack. I drove down the block to calm down and spoke with my therapist. I drove home And took my medicine. The judge said if I could drive and talk in court then I didn't have PTSD. Wouldn't even look at my therapist letter or any of the other evidence I had. He just sided with the prosecutor and so called police officer who looked like he was still in jr high. I had just had back surgery and was not allowed to sit down which was extremely painful. Now I have to pay a 500 dollar ticket included court cost with my monthly disability check. So I'm screwed. I suggest not going to Midwest City unless you want some bogus expensive ticket and no chance to defend yourself.
The judge is awesome. He don't like putting people in jail and is willing to work with you. If you miss a payment or miss your court date just appear in front of him the following monday and he will work with you and not throw you in jail.

Got a letter in the mail that i had benchwarrent from being truent in 2008 when I was in 8th grade but moved to texas now they put a warrent out just trying to get money from something that shouldnt even be a thing I'm 25 years old now
