On January 4th I called and reserved the exhibit hall for February 25th for a baby shower. I live over an hour and half away so they said they would email me a form and I could mail it with my deposit. After calling four more times asking them to email me the form and always giving my name and date that I had the exhibit hall reserved for they would always say sure we will get that right out to you, I never received the form. A friend stopped by to pay the deposit and fill out the form and they informed her that we could not have the exhibit hall because of a livestock show the day before. (I’m pretty sure livestock shows are not planned over night and then about it when I called the first time) I called the office and asked why they never mentioned this being that I had called so many times... I offered to clean up after the livestock show... all they could say was that it was my fault because I had not paid... excuse me I tried paying and your staff failed to email me the form or tell me when I called that they had goofed... If you plan on renting the exhibit hall do not trust them when they say they have your name on the calendar and that you can mail your deposit...
