Brown & Brown Insurance of Oklahoma

They took MONTHS to get back to me. Every time I call i get forwarded to an answering service. After about a week of back and fourth emails with their representative I have yet to receive a quote after trying to get ahold of them for a 2nd time this year. Go somewhere else.

The company overall is exceptional...and the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because the lady who answers the phone at the front desk is incredibly rude! I hate to even call in sometimes!
