This company failed to engrave my father’s headstone after 8 months, saying they would get to it but never did. He passed away before the pandemic, so that could not be an excuse. Failure to be honest, up front and communicative does not deserve high marks.
They never answer the phone. I have been calling since March. Their answering machine and Google say they close at 4:30. I arrived today and the door said they close at 4pm. Make your mind up. Plus, I left a voice mail message for them and no one ever returned my phone call. I guess, that is my cue to purchase my headstone from Hillcrest cemetery.
