Fast on the drive thru, excellent customer service
I foolishly went into the dining room to order thinking it might be faster than waiting in the drive through that was ten cars deep in both lanes. I stood there for fifteen minutes and the only acknowledgement of my presence in the room was from the employee who 'reluctantly' took my order. After fifteen minutes I asked if my did had even started to cook at which point I was told it had not. FIFTEEN MINUTES! Standing there staring at five employees who were conversing about personal issues. Unacceptable! I'm already boycotting another McDonald's location for such asinine behavior.
Went to the drive thru on my way to work at 415am. Waited at the speaker for a few min with no one answering so I pulled to the window. A man came to the window so I asked if they were opened. He stated they were open and asked me to wait just a sec. I waited till 430 before driving off when no one would take my order. I tried calling and got no answer. Not the first time I've had issues with this location.
They had fast friendly service. Food was hot. One of the better Mcdonald's.
Mcdonald's is a decent place to grab a quick snack before your appointment or job interview. I highly recommend the fries.
