The food was good. Very disappointed in my experience tonight thus the 2 stars. Took 20 minutes to get seated when there was only a few tables being used in the whole restaurant. Glass sat empty twice for 10 minutes each. Hope management can oversee staff a little better. If they can't take care of business when they are not that busy, what will it be like when they are busy.
My 8 y.o. daughters favorite! She loves the ribs, loves the wait staff, and loves the sweet and smoky beans. Portion sizes are good and the prices are reasonable for the quality you are getting. The only negative I have is the hot BBQ sauce is not nearly hot enough for my taste. Certainly not going to stop me from returning though.
We frequent this establishment since the pandemic started due to the curbside option. At first their curbside wasn’t the friendliest option but lately the service has vastly improved. They have an easy order process through an app. When you arrive you have to call and tell them the parking spot #. Most of the time it’s fast...however the last time I had to call 20 times to get through the busy signal.
We showed up 626pm, said we had a party if 9, the restaurant was almost empty, finally 704 we got called. We waited 10 min girl took our order for drinks and food, never came back. 758 they bring our order. This use yo be a great place, now it just sucks. i will NEVER come back again.
Wow talk about service! Everyone is closed and these people are one of the few places open due to the crazy freezing temperatures and snow. They had run out of the food items we had ordered. So they called us asked how we would like to handle it. Totally took care of us had everything perfect and delivered on timing. Valerie was amazing very patient and understanding can't reccomend any better people to.support right now.
