Our waiter was absolutely amazing. Very kind, got our food and drinks out fast. The food was really good, aside from the chicken crisps that I ordered. Those were disgusting. The dough around the chicken was uncooked and the chicken was cold. My first bite was just a bite full of uncooked dough that was slightly crispy on the outside. Definitely was disappointed about that.nThere was also poor social distancing. Despite being asked to wait outside until our table was ready, people were being seated right next to each other tables. It doesn't make much sense to have people social distancing in the lobby with everyone having their masks on but not social distancing in the dining area where everyone is taking their masks off to eat.nnOther than those two things, it wasn't a bad experience. They were a little busy, but nothing out of the ordinary.

Social distancing was not in place they seated people directly behind us in a booth with no partitions so if you are looking for that I wouldn't recommend. Other than that service was excellent even with a trainee with our server. Food was very good and even busy there were no delays at our table or anywhere in the section we were seated. Great experience!

The Midwest City Chili’s is my favorite place to dine. They are friendly and efficient. The staff promptly seats your party, gets drinks and takes orders. I’m so impressed with the service from Regan and ask to be seated in her section. She is always busy waiting on tables, refills on drinks, carrying large trays of food, carrying 6 or more drinks at a time. Chili’s is well managed in MWC.

The waitress was fantastic, let me say that first. Super nice, very attentive and fast at bringing us drinks. No issues with her at all. But I don't know why every time I come here they always completely ruin my order. Today I ordered a salad, I figured there's not really a way to mess up a salad. Well, I was wrong. The chef brought me the salad and it didn't have hardly any of the toppings (corn, bean, tomato, etc.) it was supposed to, it was a plate of lettuce chopped up with cold flavorless chicken on top and a small teaspoon of toppings. But wait, it gets better, the lettuce was a day old and soggy, too. I don't know why I keep bothering to give you another chance. My boyfriend's steak and potatoes were perfect, but my order always looks like my mortal enemy works in the kitchen and is trying to give me food poisoning. There's several other times I have been here and received food poisoning, I've received fried pickles that was fried with plastic wrap on it, etc. I don't know why it is always my order that is ruined, but I'm tired of it. Do not order anything that is NOT ribs, a burger or a steak. Every trip at Chili's ends with a Tums Festival.

I arrived a little early for my curbside order. The waitress was wearing a mask, was very friendly, and thoughtful. I didn't wait longer than 5 minutes and the food was hot. Even after getting home the food was still hot, packaged very well, and tasted great. This was on the eve of a pending snow storm. I will definitely order curbside again.
