Was not to crowded at 4:30pm but by 5:30pm it was starting to get busy (a Friday). Servers were very polite and attentive. Had a alcoholic drink that was made very well and could actually taste the alcohol in it... when most places seem to water theirs down. Food was served pretty quickly and it was delicious as always. So glad they opened the new location in Mid west city because Olive Garden is one of my favorite places to eat.
Service could have been better. Salad and appetizers came out with our meals so we ended up taking it all home since everything got cold and we had no table space. Waiter was practically absent other than to take orders, offer dessert or give us the bill. No refills and our bill had added charges. Hopefully things get better next time so I can give it an updated review.
I was at the Olive Garden in Midwest City today( Saturday, January 23, 2021). It was my first time eating inside of this brand new Olive Garden restaurant. I was seated at the bar. The service was very prompt. My server was Kaylee. She did an excellent job of taking my order and getting my food to me in a timely matter. She was very polite and helpful. I have gotten food from that Olive Garden location before but through curbside pickup. My first time going inside was very pleasant. I will definitely go back to eat inside. The food came out hot and very delicious. Keep up the good service. Kaylee deserves a round of applause. She is a very good worker. Thank you for the great service and great food.
Can't believe that my son ate the salad when we visited the place last night. My husband enjoyed the pasta that he ordered and I love the new dish that they have last night. Our server are very nice and also we tried the dessert and it was delicious. The ambiance of the place are awesome, their restrooms also are clean.
Ordered online, fast easy online experience. I drove and checked in using the link they sent via text, my food was out early which was great and they were very sweet. Only reason for not giving 5 stars was food has been better but was still good!
