Terrible bank and worse customer service. Could not successfully open a child’s savings account and was given no valid or concrete reason for being rejected after abiding by all bank’s requests for documentation. Horrible experience. Do not recommend!
I have been with First Fidelity Bank over 10 years. I have never disliked a branch until I moved out to Midwest City. To spare you a long review to read I will sum it up as this customer service is not a stellar point in this branch. I refuse to go to this branch. I will go to the branch off NW 122nd or Hefner and May. At these location they make me feel the culture of what First Fidelity Bank stand on exceptional customer service and knowing their consumer by first name. These two branches does just that.
I've been banking with First Fidelity Bank for 25 years or more and I've never once had a problem. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. I love that there is one right by my house and there is one close to my work also. There aren't any fees on my checking account and with everything going up I'm really happy about that.
terrible. I have opened an account with this bank over a month ago, and STILL have not recieved my bank card. I even called customer service and had them send another card. I got the code for the card at least, but after almost 2 weeks, STILL no card!! This is the first bank that ive ever tried and my experience has been as stated at the start of this. terrible. first fidelity bank, a great place to put ur money if u like to only have the option of going to bank itself to get any kind of money out.
