Today is the first time that I've felt that an OnCue employee has gone above and beyond. The guy working workstation id 3 at 09:49 on 10/24/20 was very cordial, asked to scan my card again during a 2 part purchase and sounded genuine in his greeting. I would have awarded 5 stars but the lone female working today had her mask down under her chin, which normally drops my ratings to 1 star. That's how awesome this guy was. Keep up the amazing work.
Employees aren't wearing masks, not sanitizing hands between handling items or cash, just all around not attempting to protect their customers.nnThis place has to be the poorest managed oncue I've seen. Running out of protein drinks constantly, they went for 2 week's with no sweet tea. Pump 3 is constantly having printer issuesnnAnd employees are more interested in talking behind the counter while customers wait... or talking about how they want to quarantine with what woman.nnThis place is worthless on the weekends. One person on the registers, no tea made and if i could give negative stars i would.
They are not stopping anyone from coming in without a mask.
The employee's was so nice and waited on me very fast. I really like that.
