Everything requires an act of congress to accomplish here. Nothing about their service is reflective of 2020. Need a document? Visit in person. Need to change something on your account? Visit in person. Want to pay extra on a loan account? Visit in person.nnThey're using the small town vibe trope as an excuse to not spend money on system and process updates.nnHappily refinancing with our normal credit union, and it can't be done soon enough. Cripes.

I have been a member for 25 years and have always appreciated the small town feel of doing business here. Today I was reminded of this when the Sr. Vice President called to personally visit with me about an issue we recently had with a fraudulent charge to our account. Not only did he listen, but he went out of his way to assist in finding a resolution. THIS! This is why I continue to do business with this credit union. Thank you, Trent, for your time today. It was greatly appreciated!

I was not very impressed with this credit union’s customer service. Last week i went in with my Mom who has been a member for years. We needed to add me to her account as a joint account holder. As the lady worked on this, I asked if she could tell me where the restroom was. She then tells me that there is not a public restroom and that I can go to Arby’s next door. Why would I leave to go to Arby’s to use the restroom when I am doing business at the credit union?! I don’t even eat at Arby’s!!! I have NEVER been to a bank or credit union that didn’t have a restroom for their customers. My Mom said she has used the facilities there before, so maybe they have had a rule change all of a sudden. I was also turned off by her inability to pay attention to detail. She gave me a member card with my maiden name instead of my married name. My license had both names but she said she didn’t see my married name. It was right there, she just wasn’t paying attention. I just took the card and left. I didn’t have the time to ask her to re-do it because I had to get to a restroom. I don’t understand why there is not a restroom for their members. You would think they would treat their members better than that.
