All around great place to live! Management is astonishing in comparison to what it once was. The remodel is impressive as well. I would recommend coming to stay here over other spots in Pryor. 100%.nnThank you management for such a flip! It’s greatly appreciated!nn-Enrique (Rico)
Wonderful staff! Management is great to work with! Deena keeps things fair and always on top of any issues. Maintenance is great! I recommend them if you are in the Pryor area!
I live in a downstairs 2 bedroom apartment here. I very much enjoy my apartment space, it was clean moving in with minimal work on my part.nnMy only major complaint is that quiet hours don't seem to apply exclusively to my upstairs neighbors, who would have thought. It's 12 o'clock in the morning and I can still feel the bass of their loud music rumbling through my apartment since 8 this evening. My five year old daughter just got to sleep,, and I'm worried if that continues it will worsen her school life and sleep schedule.nnIf you're not a dog person, or own a cat, be aware there's a lot of dogs. There are people whose dog(s) will bark anytime someone comes to the door or walks by, which can happen during the day or night. So be prepared for random barking and yelping and dogs off leash to walk up to you as you're trying to enter your apartment. And if you have any children them too. Can be a bit intimidating but so far all the dogs I have encountered have been friendly or stayed away. If your dog doesn't get along with other dogs I'd recommend keeping them inside for most of the day, and keep them on a leash, as lots of dogs here relatively small in size tend to walk around and get vocal.nnThe people seem nice to live around though and I like the playground right nearby. Very friendly kind of family atmosphere most of the time. On the flip side, the smell of weed is pretty strong, even when I'm out in the park with my daughter you'll smell it coming from someone getting out their car or opening their apartment window.nnHad to call for maintenance once so far and the guy came a few days later and fixed the garbage disposal, guess someone didn't put it on right before I moved in but it's all set now. Very friendly, though I was asleep when he tried to get in so I woke up when I heard someone messing with my lock. I felt bad because he had to reassemble it and I think I scared him when I opened the door.nnI'd recommend bringing or buying some storage space. The kitchen shelves in my apartment aren't very tall for everything. It's hard to fit say a syrup bottle's height in most of the space. And me personally I don't like storing food items under the sink. I've got a kitchen island built and a shelf unit built just to hold my more longer and wider items. I'd recommend buying a pantry to put in a corner or shelves yourself.nnOutlets are in convient places, but I'd recommend you bring an outlet extension cord for the living room space and bedroom, just given how reliant we are on various chargers and electronics.nnThe bathroom is nice and has a lot of space for towels and toiletries. I've lived at places with no storage space and it drove me nuts trying to find spots for towels.nnOverall I like it a lot here. It's close to Walmart, schools, lots of food places, and lot of people's jobs. Despite being next to a school it never feels loud like from kids playing or from traffic. If you have kids there's a playground right here and of course the schools near by. If you're older then I'd say it's a nice spot to relax and enjoy retirement. And if you're a worker like me it's near most jobs around Pryor so less commute which is always nice.
The property is in a very convenient location right next to the school. The staff is amazing and I highly recommend if you are looking for a place in pryor that The park @12 twenty is where you need to be.
I like it here. The manager is great and our new maintenance man is too. Its clean and good location
