My husband and I have been seeing Inna Jones at H&R Block for almost 10 yrs now. She is so helpful amd pleasant to be around I cant imagine going anywhere else.

Miss inna jones is a wonderful women. She gives me info about what i can get and what i can do to update my next tax return. My time was short and simple thanks to her. You people should really give her a raise.

First time filing taxes on my own after filing as a dependent under my parents for so many years. My experience with this H&R Block was stellar! I worked with Inna Jones and she was very explanatory on what she was doing when filing my taxes and gave me some compliments on my high contributions to my 401K and HSA. I ended up getting a bigger refund than I thought I'd get, and she even gave me a discount on the service she provided to me today since it was my first time using H&R Block and filing my own taxes for the first time. Didn't feel taken advantage of, and I was impressed with the service. Already have another appointment scheduled with Inna next tax season and am looking forward to it!
