K & R Harris Tax and Accounting Inc

Have used them since 2012. Filed our 2019 taxes with wrong address and refuses to fix it on their side. What do you pay a CPA for if they don't fix their mistakes??? Very frustrating to say the least. Will be taking our business elsewhere.....nnP.S. you do realize I have email correspondences and text messages in which I gave specific instructions on what I needed done and the correct address? I also can show where you debited my account for filling fees and no where where they were returned. You might think I'm dumb but I can assure you that I wasn't born yesterday

I have to call an msg Miss.Gail with questions manynTimes and I have spoken with the other folks in the office and they are always straight forward and professional in all aspects of their business and customer relations! First thing they did for me many many years ago was get me over $12000.00 back,as a company driver in a refile operation! Now many years later with dentures and my hairline back even with my shoulder blades, I wouldn’t trust my operation to anybody else!

Mo money.nnI’ve been using the excellent services of K&R Harris Tax and Accounting for over eight years. After the first few years, I did a testimonial which I was passing out. However, much to my surprise and disappointment, I never did a review. I obviously took the good people of K & R for granted. So, here’s much overdue accolades borrowed from my original testimony edited for this writing.nn~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~nnA Customers testimony . . . How about increasing my tax refund by an average of 2 ½ times. And, when somebody does that for me it’s my duty to sing their praises . . . the previous 8 to 10 years, I’ve used other tax and accounting services with lesser results and in some cases poor service altogether. Of course, I won’t give you their names . . . their initials are, HRB, JH, and as a hint for another one, they often advertise by having someone in a Statue of Liberty costume . . . I live in Santa Maria California but the latest tax person I employed, was in LA and I got weary of driving down. Besides the drive, I would meticulously have to keep track of all my receipts. Then, I was scanning copies of receipts. This was because, some of them would fade by the time I got to the tax office. After all that, I would have to sit down, often by appointment only, and go through all the amounts one by one. Now, I have to say this tax person was a really nice guy. However, I didn’t know any better and thought his work was as good as it gets in the tax world. I was reluctant to change. I found K & R quite by chance, through an ad, at a travel Plaza. Reading it, I realized the full range of deductions the other accountant didn’t get me. He simply wasn’t experienced with my unique vocation. So, I decided to try K & R. I was immediately impressed by K & R’s taking the lead, eliminating many of my former duties. Such as, most of the scanning duties became unnecessary. Further, the staff keeps me informed regularly of receipts I have to keep and those that I don’t. This frees up all a lot of time that I would rather spend doing something else.nnMo money, less work, sounds like a win win to me!nnLastly, Gail is the accountant I been dealing with exclusively, including a random IRS Audit for 2015. I now find out she’s had major heart surgery. I want everyone to send positive energies, prayers, or whatever thoughts you think may help. I look forward to many years ahead and I pray that’s the case.

We have been using K & R Harris Tax & Accounting for over a decade.nThey are awesome!nFast, efficient, and honorable. As mistakes with the IRS are bound to happen, when they did, these guys (gals) took control, ownership and made it all right! We have continued using them without hesitation and will continue as long as our household involves a truck driving related tax return!
