I just joined about 4 hours ago. I tested my key fob before leaving, and it worked. I just tried to use the fob to enter the door to work out...and it doesn’t work! There is no emergency number to contact someone for assistance after office hours. I’m very disappointed in my first day as a 24-7 member.nnEdited: A manager contacted me about an hour after I posted a Facebook comment similar to the 1-star review above. He did not know why the key fob was not working...and reset it. I went to 24-7 about 10 minutes after he reset the fob, and it worked. Since the manager resolved the issue fairly quickly, I am changing this to a 3-star review.
Love this place! The owners have always been really nice to me and I can’t wait until they’re open again.
