The entire team was amazing. Scheduling was fast as a new patient. The exam was free. As somebody without dental insurance that was the first huge plus. The day before my appointment mother nature decided to snow us in and I was called immediately for a reschedule However, I explained to them that before I scheduled with them I had waited for a month and was rescheduled while having an exposed root and preferred not to. They quickly found a way to keep me on the books for that same day. At my appointment each one of the staff were friendly and professional. Gives off an at home vibe almost. Going back the assistant was very informative and responsive to my fears and concerns. She brought out a weighted blacked and dark shades to help with my anxiety after I mentioned I had decided I no longer wanted to take medication for my anxiety. The dentist was awesome. He was nice as well as honest. He gave it to me straight forward without being insensitive and I appreciated that. While I could find dentist that would charge half the cost for an extraction I would prefer to pay more after my experience here was better than ANY other dentist I have been to.

Their care and customer service goes above and beyond my expectations! I highly recommend Lakecrest Dental. Everyone I have ever spoken to have been extremely kind, supportive, and helpful. They explained every concern and question I had. They made me feel extremely comfortable as they worked on my teeth. I appreciated that the most, as I am usually terrified of the dentist and am usually a nervous wreck. I left their office feeling satisfied and quite amazed at how hard these employees worked. Thank you Lakecrest Dental!

Great team and a wonderful dentist who was very interested and thru high tech radiographs found problems before they became a problem. They made sure I was comfortable and was gentle. Thanks

This place was AMAZING to my son! Ms Debbie, the dental assistant was fabulous! Very patient and definitely took the time to calm me and my son about the procedure he underwent. The dentist was kind and patient. It was really amazing to go to such an admirable place...Kudos to your business and amazing staff! Respectfully, Heather
