They froze our debit card while we were on a trip in Texas. We had no cash and were stranded. We tried customer service holiness but the only person that answered said he just deals with lost or stolen cards. Why would anyone bank here.
ATM is oldest machine ever seen. Had issue with using this location. I will not use this location because I feel this machine is not secure enough. ATM needs to be updated.
Everyone is always friendly and helpful! I really appreciate good customer service! The tellers are accurate and quick. The loan officers, especially Tim Cox, aren't out to just make the bank money, but assist us with all of our banking needs. Thank You!
Horrible place to put n ATM. Could not see the screen for all the glare. My transaction was cancelled. Not good.
They have one, maybe two people in their customer service department. Was on hold different times for over 30 minutes each and finally left number to call back and that was hours later. HIRE MORE PEOPLE OR GET OUT OF THIS LINE OF WORK!!!
