Not the bank they used to be, not even close.
I've used RCB for two loans now using their special summer rates. They can't be beat. RCB Pryor is great to deal with and makes the process and seamless as possible.
Steve is the reason I bank here, honest guy I completely trust. He has my best interest in mind.
Seemed ok at first ,but then went to borrow a few dollars against my truck, (which the title is clean)and even with my elderly mother as a co-signer,they wouldn't loan me a dime.Mother even has excellent credit and has had an account with them for many years!!! Rainman doesnt recommend this place to anyone,or their dog.
