Tim seems to have retired and passed the business on to Shelly Riley who dropped the ball big time and did not complete my tax returns within the extension period. It took weeks to get a response from her and then it was only a text telling me she left them in a box on the front porch of her office. What I picked up was grossly incorrect, leaving me with a mess to clean up. The incompetence and lack of professionalism is appalling. Do yourself a favor, and find someone else for your tax preparation needs!
