In my opinion, Slower than molasses in January, we have received partial refills on prescriptions at the drive up service . I would give them a minus rating of stars if possible. Choose a different pharmacy, we are switching.

Awesome staff. They are extremely busy due to their friendly attitude towards their customers. I switched from Walgreens to Bintz strictly due to their attitude. Like it was an effort to wait on you and you were privileged to be waited on. Bintz always sends me a text when my meds are ready for pickup. And they will call you if you don't show up that day. Great Pharmacy and I will continue to use them.

We have been waiting for like 30 minutes, while multiple other cars have been through and gone. And you push the call button and no one answers, so they sit there and look at you until you press it for a second time. Won’t be coming back.

This is rediculous! I’ve been on hold over an hour. It’s Sat. You close at noon and I. Red my meds. This happens every time with this prescription. It’s supposed to be automatic refill. It never is. I’m a relatively new acct. (less than a year) but I’m fixing to be a canceled acct. if you can’t get this right. And what’s the deal in not answering the phone.
