Went online and made an appointment for a flu shot at 9:10 AM on October 5, 2020. I was there 10 minutes prior to my appointment as per instructions on the website. I was pretty disappointed that I wasn’t able to get my flu shot until 945 and that three walk-ins got their flu shots before I did even though I had an appointment which they had in their system. I talked to Kayla the pharmacist and she said the reason that I wasn’t able to get my flu shot on time is because Walgreen has cut the staff and there is not enough pharmacists on staff to handle the pharmacy and to do the flu shots without significant delays. Very disappointed.
