Kids had fun
I've lived in this neighborhood for over 40 years. Glad to see disc golf getting started there, but they took the big swing and the trash cans! Trash all over the place. If they take the table by my oak tree, there will be petition. Take your trash with you, please! You brought it there!
I think it needs alittle more for young children ,like slide or sand box ! Maybe some benches or picnics tables . It is very peaceful and quiet.
I love photography buy also enjoy nature. This is a lovely setting that allows me to both enjoy the outdoors and take photos. It's an awesome place to play ball, frisbee, or just throw down a blanket and have a picnic and watch the clouds go by. They do have a swingset and a couple picnic tables. Went wading in the creek and watched a couple kids catch crawdads and chase minnows. Just a really relaxing and calm atmosphere here with plenty of things for little (and big ones too lol) to explore. There are some things like mushrooms and toadstools that they need reminded not to eat as well as a small thatch or two of wild strawberries. One thing I didn't see but had expected to was a snake or two but from what I've seen they keep the grass and weeds pretty much cut to keep that down to a minimum. All in all one of my favorite places.
