Do they ever answer the phones?; It's ridiculous! Been trying to get a hold of them all day and no one picks up the phone
they have phones for no reason. i’ve called well over 100 times within the past week and get sent to voicemail EVERY time.
Every time I call I get put on hold for hours and that's only when I use my phone if I use my fiance's phone they pick up which is ridiculous.
Its pretty sad when someone is trying to turn there life around and social services instead of helping a person find a place rips children away from there mother not even 2 weeks after birth they found every excuse in the book to take away my friends babies she made up her mind along time ago pretty sad
I have been waiting 3 weeks for someone to file my SLMB refund. I had 2 refunds coming to me, the first one was filed alone, there should have been 2 sent in for refund. I went to DHS re: the 2nd refund on Tues. 11-12-19. Called Julie Sherman on 11-18-19, she said she would file that day. I normally get a reimbursement in 4-7 days. As of 11-29-19, I still don't have it.
