The ladies were fantastic. Super efficient and as sweet as could be. They took great care of us.

Horrible experience. Lack of communication. I found an error while signing paperwork, that should have been caught prior to us coming in. They had the wrong buyer on the deed paperwork. It was a very frustrating experience.

Worst most incompetent bunch of people Ive ever dealt with!! Took a month past closing because they sent title work to wrong attorneys! Then tried to blame everyone else for it!! Two months after sale we finally signed papers only because my husband stayed on top of it and pushed them to get it done!! Stay away from this bunch!!! New girl was TOTALLY lost!!

Worst place I have ever dealth with. While closing on an almost half millon dollar home, I was told minutes before the meeting, that they required another $1000.00 to close. This due to an error by of there own employees, which they admitted to. I was held hostage by this joke of a firm, payup or no closing. No negotiation. Pay up or leave. I wish I had left. Advise, don't meet with these people without a lawyer. I will never deal with them again for any reason. According to office employees,this happens a lot. I recommend if closing on a house you use anyone except this place.this was my experience,I hope you have a better experience than I did.

Staff is friendly and always helpful going through the closing process!
