I’m new to sewing and embroidery. World Weidner’s costumer service representative, Shay, was so patient in explaining all the products and options I needed to get started with my new machine. Shay was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The prices are great and the company has a large variety of items needed for embroidery. It was easy to navigate through their website and place an order. I would recommend this company to others and I will definitely be a returning customer.

I purchased a Bernina sewing machine through Amazon and World Weidner. There were issues with the machine and thanks to employee, Shay, the company found a suitable replacement. I am awaiting delivery of the replacement and wanted all to know that Shay made me a very happy customer.
