Good food could use a little more meat on the sandwiches for the price you pay but all in all pretty good...
On 3/25/21 I had the worst experience at the Ponca City location. I went through the drive through and ordered 2 chicken bacon smokecheezy sandwiches, a soup and half of a flat bread. Before leaving the parking lot found we didn't get out flatbread. We went back through the line and got the missing food. I got home and found the flatbread was burnt and there was no vegetables on either sandwich. I tried call but was sent to a voicemail. I went back to the store to get one sandwich and the flatbread remade as I was listing my complaints off one young employee told me the sandwich has never come with vegetables and after some back and forth I find out they stopped as of March 1st. This young girl and young boy then start to use fowl language about me right in front of me calling all sorts of names. The Manger told them both to go home but they continued to talk about me as if I couldn't hear them and then I found them outside waiting when I left. I couldn't believe they would think it is ok to talk like that. I never once called anyone a name or cussed at anyone.
Costs too much but delicious seemed skimpy on the meat this time
Kind of pricey but better than Subway!
