Talk about surprise billing!! We were told that the upfront charges are all that it would cost and received bills for quite a bit more. There is no transparency in cost so expect a bill even if you pay upfront!

This is a great office. Everybody is extremely friendly and the doctors are experienced and very knowledgeable in their practice.

On June 24th I was admitted to Bass Hospital with a kidney stone as one of my diagnosis. Dr Kruska placed a stint and I had a follow-up appt on July 13th. My kidney stone was still there. The surgery scheduler was supposed to schedule a procedure to break up the stone. It has been 2 weeks and I have heard nothing from Enid Urology. I have called numerous times for an update. I have left messages and have not received a single return call. I suspect there is a problem with my insurance, but I don't know for sure. Common courtesy would dictate a simple call to let me know the status of my case. I feel completely ignored.
