Great service by staff, yet I have issues with the atmosphere. Televisions are way too loud, to the point clerks can't hear phone in orders and customers are at a disadvantage to carry on a conversation. The software system crashed causing delays in food orders and billing. Cook staff has missed filling to go orders where in a 45 minute period two orders came back missing items. These were $50. plus customers. Extreme delays on to go orders of 30 to 45 minutes. For the price, should be better.nn3/28/21 came in with one other, we ordered drinks and six wing each, 40 minutes later, ask the waitress for a time on our order........ Crickets!!!!! Cook staff needs to get on the stick.
Good food, good service. There takeout leaves something to be desired. 1 out of 10 times my order is ready. Usually have to wait 5 to 10 minutes after I arrive and the always forget my drinks.
Do not order to go here!!!nnPaid about 40 and only got half my order. My salad came without the chicken. But hey at least it came with a hair. ud83eudd2ennNever have any problems when we eat in though. Just make sure you check your order before you leave when ordering to go.
Our waitress was okay, but didn't seem friendly or had a smile on her face. Idk I come to be in a good mood. Just kind of killed the vibe. Also kept staring me down. I don't know why I got this waitress. Buffalo Wild Wings isn't what it used to be.
I love Buffalo Wild Wings but unfortunately here in Enid NONE of the servers OR CHEFS are wearing masks. Oklahoma is already in the red zone with COVID cases. Do they even care about us as customers? I feel EXTREMELY unsafe and uncomfortable. Masks should be ENFORCED
