TurnKey Storage - Wichita Falls

Been with them for two years! They've always worked with me! The nicest well kept storage I ever seen and also easy access to my things!

Stored all of my household goods here for a few months this summer. Overall, this place is excellent. I liked the ability to have indoor storage with my stuff protected from the elements and be able to drive in for ease of access. The staff were very friendly and helpful to me during the time I stored my stuff here. I highly recommend this place if you're needing storage while in Wichita Falls.

** PLEASE SEE UPDATE 2 AT BOTTOM **nnI’ve been happy with the storage and access until recently. They seem to have sold until almost full and are now not as appreciative of their customers as they were in the past.nnRecently, they parked a ‘work vehicle’ in a drive path blocking me from driving to my unit. I have been able to drive down that path since day 1 -over a year ago. When I ask them to have it moved so people can get to their units down that row, I was told it is a work vehicle (one they own) and they are building out that area to squeeze in more units. I was informed I can no longer drive to my unit and once they complete the new units, the walk (carrying items) will be 100 feet or so down a narrow hallway ! I asked to be move and was told tough, they have no units left where you can drive your vehicle to... except one huge unit they can give me for 195/mo!! Not very accommodating.nnEDIT: Star Rating upgraded from a 1 to 3 for now.nnUPDATE 1: The management contacted me directly and confirmed the path to my current unit will eventually be used for new units. However, in the mean time they will make sure the path is free of material and parked vehicles so anyone driving toward that end of the building will again be able to do so. Yes, it is a temporary fix, because at some point I (and others) will not be able to drive to the units down that path. However, I am happy they are trying to be accommodating and a least listening to their customers. They put me on a list to get a unit closer to the main indoor drive and as soon as a unit becomes available, I should be able to move to a 'slightly larger' unit closer to a drive path and not have to jump to a 195/mo unit.nnUPDATE 2: As promised, I was contacted by TurnKey Storage with the opportunity to move to a larger unit (and closer to the main path). They worked with me on getting the right size unit (actually larger and more convenient than I had hoped) for a very acceptable price.nnAfter working with 3 different people at TurnKey Storage - including the first person I dealt with a second time - I have determined my initial assessment of 'they are not accommodating' was incorrect. They have gone above and beyond to get me into a unit that meets my needs.nnThank you TurnKey Storage!

Good location. Indoors and climate controlled. Good price for storage unit.
