I had my boat serviced here and had all kinds of issues. I later found out they didn't fully service it because I didn't ask for a full service. The mechanic told me an oil light comes on due to sensitive sensor when I hit big waves. I was told it needs to be winterized, even though I have an outboard motor, which doesn't need to be winterized. I will not buy anything from Pier 1 again! Will not get anymore service from them either! Thankfully, we have have a mechanic now we can trust, is reasonably priced, & thorough! It works great thankfully to our mechanic we have now!

They refused to honor the rental agreement for a storage unit that we were sold by Penske leaving us stranded and unable to find a storage unit in the area. She cussed us out and hung up when we asked if they were going to honor the reservation we made. Must be some democrats-

Didnt honor the reservation we reserved from the website.nThey lied to try and upsell a unit to a larger price to cancel our discount promised by the moving company.nThe lady was extremely rude and cursed at us and hung up after all we did was ask if shes refusing to honor the reservation.nWe had the confirmation email, the code, and was even sent their location to arrive to by their own partnership with uhaul.nExtremely dissatisfied with their uncorteous behavior. I expect that from deplorable dishonorable behavior from liberals and millenials.nCant stand liars, manipulators or crooks.
