The oddest way of attempting to get an appointment! Is this 1994? To get an appointment the front desk gal that sounds about 70 years old stated I’d need to drive in, pick up a package, fill it out, drive it back in and wait a WEEK to be scheduled. WHO is running this office and did they get their degree before computers were invented?! Jesus should I just FAX it in, type it up on typewriter what do you need from me?!ud83dude02? Can we get someone who is tech friendly in there? This is archaic

Me & my kids have never had an issue! I have an amazing dr who has been doing everything she can to figure out what's going on and my kids have an amazing dr as well who is so friendly and they have no issue talking to him and Gregory's & Waters Nurses are amazing too! Thank you for being the best!

I thank Dr. Ann Gregory for her observations, patience, explanations, and slight humor.nMy experience was pleasant, and waiting time was nil.nI recently did not take to my pharmacy a paper prescription with me, but the staff at DFC was kind enough to rectify the situation admirably over the phone with my pharmacist.nTap my name above, and see others of my reviews.

Everyone at Duncan Family Care is excellent. They are all very kind, considerate and seem to actually care about whatever I am calling about or asking about when I’m in there. I love Missy and Tiffany. They both take great care of me and it is much appreciated.

I was greeted nicely the woman at the desk. She was very helpful and when the nurse came and got me and she s saw I have trouble walking she walked slower and we talked.. When I got to the room she told me everything she was doing. She told me my blood pressure was high and shed check later. Then. Dr. Hardon came in, talked to me, listened to me, and took care of everything in short order. I'm very pleased with everything and everyone.
