Quick, friendly and fast visits. Love that this is a walk in clinic!. Staff ia very caring and nice. A facility like this is a huge asset to our community!

I am able to make an appointment there to see my primary care physician at my convenience. Plus it it closer to where I live. The staff is very friendly and the wait time is not bad. I could also have my Labs done there

Got appointments for my two toddlers. Was told we have to call insurance first to change PCP or it’ll be out of network. Here’s the thing: IT HAS BEEN CHANGED PRIOR TO GOING TO THE CLINIC. The PCP was already updated but for some reason, it wasn’t showing on their end. Went back home to grab the the new insurance cards. Then went back to the clinic. Of course, they have already cancelled the appointment and the next available appointment is in two freaking months. Unbelievable. Just close the place down.

Burkburnett walk-in clinic is a needed place for Burkburnett. Advantageous for senior citizens.nI saw Doctor Lisa regarding an eye problem. This clinic is top notch. Highly recommended.
