I knew I needed a lot of work. I have avoided all dentist for many many years.nThe Doctor was kind and helped me understand his plan to restore my smile.nToday was my first gingivitis treatment. Melanie spent time with me explaining what she was doing and making me feel very comfortable. She was exceptionally gentle with my extensive cleaning and kept me calm and talking through the entire visit. I actually had fun with her.nThe receptionist and schedulers are friendly and patient.nnThis is a good group and I will encourage everyone I know to use them.

I went In for a tooth ache. It had been hurting the day prior. When I got to aspen it was not hurting at all but I still wanted answers. They doctor instantly suggested to pull the tooth. After me asking if he was sure over and over I finally agreed. He told me the tooth pull would take about 10 minutes. And I would be pain free. Well It took him over 30 minutes. He couldn’t get it out. Towards the end I started to feel it more and more. Finally he got it out. I was in tears hurting. Then... They never sent my script or my antibiotics over like they said. I called their office within the hour after I left and they never would answer. I left multiple messages explaining to them how much pain I was in . I called the emergency number close to 15 times and they assured me their on call doctor would call me back. He never ever did. 9am the next morning still nothing. I am in more pain now then I have ever been with my teeth. Do NOT use aspen dental. I wish I would have listened to everyone telling me how horrible they were.

My visit was great! I received a lot of useful information from the hygienist and the Dentist.nI was able to get in quickly and everyone was so kind and friendly.nMy only issue that is preventing 5 stars is the treatment plan follow up.nAfter I was finished I was told it would be 20-30 minutes before I could speak to the advisor.nI requested a phone call.nI waited 5 days and finally reached out to them.nI explained what happened and received no empathy for my situation (severe tooth pain from broken tooth)nI was told, “ok I’ll have her call you when she is finished”nSo now I’m here waiting again for my treatment plan.

Son went in for a check up and was tools it would cost over $4,000 to pull wisdom teeth, and a cleaning. WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for normal people to afford. And that's WITH insurance!!

Appointment was made for the next day. Arrived on time was checked in immediately. Extraction procedure was effectively and efficiently. It was a wonderful experience, as far as dental visits are concerned.
