My Dentist

The Dentist you don't dread!! Seriously Everyone here is patient and kind; they'll make you wish you had found them sooner.

There was lots of confusion between the front desk, me, and the dental hygienist. Even so we figured it all out and they were happy to help me. They were compassionate about my circumstances which helped ease my general anxiety. I do reccomend them to people in the Duncan area, I just give 4 stars for the big confusion and mix up we had at the beginning of scheduling and arriving.

Everyone from the front desk to dentist was kind, friendly, communicative and very concerned with my pediatric needs. Do recommend!!!

So much for using local establishments! I broke my tooth last night, and of course it is hurting, so I called the Duncan My Dentist office andnLeft a voicemail asking them to call when they open to see how soon I can get in. They didn’t call me, so I called them. She says she will call if they have a cancellation. No call received, so I called back at 4:00. I was told they tried to call me for a cancellation. I tell her I haven’t received a call. She insists that she left a voicemail-ok, well I don’t have a voicemail or any missed calls. But regardless, can you help me out tomorrow- I’m in pain. I won’t know until tomorrow. Told her I’m hurting pretty good now-and I really need to see Dr. Nugent. Sorry, can’t help you until Thursday, but only if someone cancels for Thursday. I understand busy schedules-but sometimes things happen and they need immediate attention. So now I am forced to go to a dentist in Lawton because they are the only one that accepts my dental coverage. And they will work me in at 8:30 in the morning and I’ve never even been there. But they understand a broken tooth can be very painful!nnI call My Dentist - Duncan ask them to email my records to me. Because she told me they could do that easily.nnWell it’s 6:10 pm and I still don’t have the records - but I do have a dental appt with a dentist in Lawton.nnThis may seem trivial to many, but now Lawton, not Duncan, will get my money for this visit and I have two other crowns that were already scheduled at My Dentist - but due to this poor customer service, I’ll just drive to Lawton to Aspen Dental.nnWhich is sad, because I love Dr. Nugent!
