I turned in a damaged card to a open 1st convenience bank. They put in the info and gave me a new card and I went home and tried to enter the info. The recording said I entered wrong info and told me to enter everything again. I did. The recording said it was wrong again and transferred me to a recording that kept telling me my hold time was greater than ten minutes. I listened to this recording for thirty minutes. I couldn’t go back to the 1st convenience station at Walmart because it was closed. Very sorry customer service!!!

I’ve had this bank for a year and recently I’ve been very unhappy with this bank. Switching to another one. Y’all take money out when I’m already in the negative. Y’all do over draft charge fees way to much...

Hey customers did you know if you use a ATM other than First Convenience there is a fee of $2.50 charged twice meaning $5 if the ATM gives a receipt or screen shows a balance no where in the banks fees does it show a double charge

They will tell you that they are going to work on something and never return your call. Their attitudes or horrible in April is just downright rude. They will make mistakes you go in there 3 or 4 × 2 get it corrected and still never get a call back. The other 2 branches are very nice. Do not go to April she is mean and a nasty nasty personality.
